This electrode set has been replaced by the Worcester 8716121817 Set of Electrodes.
Typically, there are two types of electrodes in a boiler system:
- The ignition electrode produces the spark that initiates combustion.
- The flame-sensing electrode detects whether a flame is present in the burner. This vital safety feature ensures the boiler does not continue supplying gas if no flame is detected.
This part is compatible with 47 different Worcester boilers, including:
- Worcester CDI 25
- Worcester CDI 35
- Worcester CDI 40
- CC1 NG FSN Condensing Combi
- CS1 NG FSN Condensing Combi
